Homeowner Clients Prevail in Action to Enforce Covenants and Restrictions
Tressler Law LLC represented the interests of numerous homeowners when a new lot owner challenged the validity of covenants and restrictions requiring minimum square footage and design features. When informal discussions broke down and a new lot owner disregarded various covenants and restrictions, Tressler Law LLC sought and was granted injunctive relief on behalf of the various homeowners thereby forcing the new lot owner to cease and desist with various home building plans until the Court was assured the proposed construction complied with requirements.
